The application packets can either be downloaded online (when available) and returned during hours indicated on the application(s) or may also be faxed to (253) 620-5439. Applications must be picked up and dropped off between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, closed on Fridays and Holidays at: PCHA 603 S. Polk Street Tacoma, WA 98445
