 Housing Information

The Low-Income Public Housing Program allows the Pierce County Housing Authority to offer affordable, decent, safe and sanitary housing to families who meet eligibility criteria.

Low Income Public Housing is available to those income eligible families who qualify for 3 or 4 bedroom units. Rent is based at 30% of the family's monthly income, less applicable utility allowances.

Pierce County Housing Authority owns and manages a number of three and four bedroom homes located in the South Hill Puyallup, Spanaway, Parkland, Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake and Graham areas.

To qualify for admission, a family must meet income limits as determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, meet the occupancy standards, and have satisfactory landlord and personal references.

The Pierce County Housing Authority Wait List is currently closed.
